Last updated on 28.12.2015: ഈ വര്ഷം മുതല് രണ്ടാം വര്ഷ ഹയര്സെക്കണ്ടറി അക്കൗണ്ടന്സി വിഷയത്തിന്റെ സിലബസില് വന്ന മാറ്റങ്ങള് നമുക്കറിയാം. ഈ വര്ഷം അക്കൗണ്ടന്സിയ്ക്ക് മൂന്ന് പുസ്തകങ്ങളാണുള്ളത്. അതില് പാര്ട്ട് ഒന്ന് എല്ലാവര്ക്കും ബാധകമാണ്. പാര്ട്ട് രണ്ടില് Company Accounts, Analysis of Statement എന്നീ വിഭാഗങ്ങളാണുള്ളത്. ഈ പുസ്തകം Accountancy-AFS ഓപ്ഷന് എടുത്തവര്ക്ക് മാത്രമുള്ലതാണ്. മുന്നാമത്തെ പുസ്തകം മുഴുവനായി Computerised Accounting System ആണ്. ഇത് Accountancy-Computerised Accounting ഓപ്ഷനായി സ്വീകരിച്ചിട്ടുള്ളവര്ക്കുള്ളതാണ്. ഇത്തരക്കാര്ക്ക് നേരത്തെ നമ്മള് പഠിപ്പിച്ചിരുന്ന Company Accounts ഇനി പഠിപ്പിക്കേണ്ടതില്ല.
ചുരുക്കിപ്പറഞ്ഞാല് Accountancy - AFS കാര്ക്ക് 1 ഉം 2 ഉം പുസ്തകങ്ങള് പഠിപ്പിക്കുക. Accountacny-CA എടുത്തിട്ടുള്ളവര്ക്ക് 1 ഉം 3 ഉം പുസ്തകങ്ങള് പഠിപ്പിക്കുക.
നേരത്തെ നമ്മള് കമ്പ്യൂട്ടറൈസ്ഡ് അക്കൗണ്ടില് അക്കൗണ്ടിംഗ് പാക്കേജായ Tally വളരെ വിശദമായി പഠിപ്പിച്ചിരുന്നു. പരിഷ്കരിച്ച സിലബസ് പ്രകാരം ഇത് അത്ര വിശദമായി പഠിപ്പിക്കേണ്ടതില്ല. Tally ഒരു അധ്യായത്തില് മാത്രം ഒതുങ്ങി നില്ക്കുന്നു. പകരം MS Excel, Ms Access എന്നിവയില് നിന്നുമുള്ള അധ്യായങ്ങള് കൂട്ടിച്ചേര്ത്തിരിക്കുന്നു.
കൊമേഴ്സ് അധ്യാപകരില് വളരെ വലിയ ഒരു വിഭാഗത്തെ സംബന്ധിച്ചിടത്തോളം ഈ മാറ്റം അവര്ക്ക് പുതിയതായിരിക്കും. ഇനി നമ്മള് പകച്ചു നിന്നിട്ട് കാര്യമില്ല. മാറിയ വിഷയങ്ങള് പഠിപ്പിക്കാന് നമ്മള് നിര്ബന്ധിതരാണ്.ബുദ്ധിമുട്ടുള്ള അധ്യായങ്ങളിലുള്ള എന്റെ ചെറിയ പരിജ്ഞാനം കൊമേഴ്സ് അധ്യാപകര്ക്കും വിദ്യാര്ത്ഥികള്ക്കും വേണ്ടി പങ്കുവെക്കാന് ആഗ്രഹിക്കുന്നു. ഉപകാരപ്പെടുമെന്ന് വിശ്വസിക്കുന്നു. കമ്പ്യൂട്ടറൈസ്ഡ് അക്കൗണ്ടിംഗ് എന്ന പുസ്തകത്തില് ആറ് അധ്യായങ്ങളാണുള്ളത്. ഇതില് ഒന്നാമത്തെ Overview of Computerised Accounting അധ്യായം മുഴുവനായും തിയറിയാണ്. രണ്ടാമത്തെ അധ്യായം മുതലാണ് പ്രയാസം നേരിടാന് സാധ്യത. പരമാവധി ലളിതമായിട്ടാണ് പാഠഭാഗങ്ങള് തയ്യാറാക്കിയിട്ടുള്ളത്. പാഠ പുസ്തകത്തിലുള്ള എല്ലാ കാര്യങ്ങളും ഉള്പ്പെടുത്തിയിട്ടുമുണ്ട്.
ഒരു കാര്യം നമ്മള് ഓര്ക്കുക. ഇന്നല്ലെങ്കില് നാളെ നമുക്ക് ഇത് പഠിച്ചെടുത്തേ മതിയാകൂ. അത് കൊണ്ട് നമുക്ക് ഇപ്പോഴേ പഠിച്ചു തുടങ്ങാം. അതിന് ഈ പഠന സഹായി ഉപകരിക്കും എന്ന് ഉറപ്പാണ്. അധ്യായങ്ങള് ഘട്ടം ഘട്ടമായി പ്രസിദ്ധീകരിക്കുന്നതാണ്.ഒന്നോ രണ്ടോ മണിക്കൂര് ചെലവഴിച്ചാല് കമ്പ്യൂട്ടറില് അടിസ്ഥാന വിവരങ്ങള് ഇല്ലാത്തവര്ക്ക് പോലും ഇത് വ്യക്തമായി മനസ്സിലാക്കിയെടുക്കാവുന്നതാണ്. പ്രൊജക്ടറിന്റെ സഹായത്തോടു കൂടി നമ്മള് ഇത് വിശദീകരിച്ച് കുട്ടികളെക്കൊണ്ട് ഇത് ലാബില് ചെയ്യിച്ചാല് കാര്യങ്ങള് വളരെ എളുപ്പമാകും...
