12.കുട്ടികളുടെ മുമ്പില്‍ പരിചയപ്പെടുത്താനും വിശ്വാസ്യത ഉറപ്പ് വരുത്താനും വേണമെങ്കില്‍ ട്രയല്‍ വോട്ട് ചെയ്താല്‍ ആ വോട്ട് ക്ലിയര്‍ ചെയ്യാനുള്ള ഒപ്ഷന്‍ - അതിന് ശേഷം റിസള്ട്ടി ല്‍ zero count ആയിരിക്കും
13.വോട്ടിങ്ങ് രണ്ട് ക്ലിക്കില്‍ ഒതുങ്ങുന്നു
14.ആകെ എത്ര പേര്‍ വോട്ട് ചെയ്തു എന്നറിയാം
15.ആര് ആര്‍ക്ക് വോട്ട് ചെയ്തു എന്നറിയാന്‍ കഴിയില്ല
16.ഒരാള്‍ വോട്ട് ചെയ്താല്‍ കുറച്ച് സമയത്തിന് ( 5-10 seconds ) ശേഷമേ അടുത്ത വോട്ട് ചെയ്യാന്‍ സാധിക്കൂ.. അത് കൊണ്ട് തന്നെ ഒരാള്ക്ക്ര രണ്ട് വോട്ട് ചെയ്യാന്‍ സാധിക്കില്ല
17.വോട്ട് എണ്ണല്‍ വളരെ ലളിതം,സുന്ദരം എണ്ണിക്കഴിഞ്ഞാല്‍ സ്ഥാനാര്ഥി്കളെ കിട്ടിയ വോട്ടിന്റെത അടിസ്ഥാനത്തില്‍ ക്രമീകരിക്കുന്നു.
18.വേണമെങ്കില്‍ ഒരു കമ്പ്യൂട്ടര്‍ കൊണ്ട് തന്നെ സ്കൂളിലെ മുഴുവന്‍ ക്ലാസിലെയും ഇലക്ഷന്‍ നടത്താം. ഒരു സമയം ഒരു ക്ലാസിലെ ഇലക്ഷന്‍ മാത്രമെ ചെയ്യാന്‍ സാധിക്കുകയുള്ളു എങ്കിലും പലക്ലാസുകളുടെയും റിസള്ട്ട് അടക്കമുള്ള ഡാറ്റാസ് സ്റ്റോര്‍ ചെയ്യാം
19. ആവശ്യമുള്ള ഫീച്ചേഴ്സ് മാത്രം ഉള്‍പ്പെടുത്തിയത് കൊണ്ട് ആര്‍ക്കും ഉപയോഗിക്കാം
SCHOOL SPORTS SOFTWARE BY PRAMOD MOORTHY
Mr. Pramod Moorthy of TSNMHS kundurkunnu has sent us a Software that can be used to Conduct School Sports from Class 1 to 12.Mr. Moorthy took strain for almost one Month to finish this task. This application runs only in open office/libre office Spreadsheet. Does not support Microsoft Office.You need not Install the software in your computer. Just Download the Software and Paste it in any Partition of your Hard Disk.
Follow the following steps
- Double Click to open the Software
- Click on enable Macros
- Click on Entry Form under the Forms Section
- Type the Name of the Participant
- Select Sex
- Type Class and Division
- Type Date of Birth
- Select Category
- Select House and Events .Thus enter all the names and events of participants.
- Then Click on add to database.
- Now Go to Reports Section
- Fro here you can View and Print
- House wise Participants List
Category wise Participants List - Call List For Jump and Throw
- and also You can generate Order of Events from this Section. While taking the Order Of Events u have to wait patiently for 3 minutes to generate it The progress bar will indicate the process in the status bar beneath the sheet.
- Then Go to Results Section
- Here You can see Four options
- Result Entry Form - To enter Results
- Point Table – To View the Points
- Individual Points Table
- Certificate – To Print Certificate. All reports and Certificates are created as pdf files.
- Certificate paper size is A4 Landscape
